If you are a company willing to spend a minimum of $250 each, or more, for delicious gift baskets, including delivery, sales taxes (where applicable), wire service fees, etc. (ALL INCLUSIVE), for delicious gift baskets, Christmas Gifts, Professional and/or Personal gift baskets and gifts, etc., then we will do our best to help you with your International/Overseas orders year-round and during holiday seasons.

We can help you in different ways.  One way is via email, via telephone, or both (email and telephone).  WE PREFER EMAIL, because we do not like playing phone tag with our customers.  If you will send us an "EMAIL INQUIRY" first, along with your Name, Company, and Telephone Numbers of how we can reach you, we will email you back very quickly letting you know whether we can help you or not.  Then after we have qualified you and your needs, if a telephone call is still warranted, due to us not being able to completely help you through email, then we will call you.  Otherwise, 99% of our overseas/International Orders can be placed through email, efficiently, and in a timely manner.

The First thing we will need for you to do is to put the following or something very similar in your email Subject Line:

There are many many many scammers in this world, and we don't have time for them.  If you send us an email with a blank Subject, we will not open it.  If you send us an email with just 'Hi', 'Hello', 'Inquiry', 'Need Help', we will NOT open your email.  You must be specific in your email Subject Line of what you are contacting us for and why, or we will not respond.  If you would like to call us toll free and leave us a message informing us to check our email from you, that would be great, too.

Here is a list of what we will need for you to send us via email if you are truly serious, and not a spammer, scammer, etc., and you really need help with Gift Baskets and Gifts overseas during the Holidays and/or Year-round.

After you have looked through our catalog selections in this website (www.basketsyourway.net) or in our sister site (www.makemydaydelicious.com), the following needs to be included In the body of your email:

The Second thing we need you to do...

The Description Name AND item number of the gift basket(s), gift(s), flower(s), etc., that you have chosen to send overseas, along with the price of each item.  And, if you have a theme, i.e. Sympathy, Thank you, Congratulations, etc., please include that in your email inquiry, too.

Hello, I'm the assistant director of Human Resources for "So and So Company", and we would like to send 3 gift baskets, Item no. 555R, Description: Happy Holidays, price: $150 each, to the following recipients: (If you have this in your data base, rolodex, etc., you can just copy and past the information into the email.  If not, the following is what we will need from you/all that applies.  Also, price for each item, do not include shipping, handling, delivery, admin. fees, sales taxes where applicable, currency exchange rates, etc.  We will still need your 'All inclusive' budget in order to complete your orders, too, for overseas delivery)...

What is the "ALL INCLUSIVE PRICE" for each $150 Gift Basket, including delivery charges, other fees, etc., for the gift basket 555R that we would like to send overseas to our three client's listed above? (We can't give you the "ALL INCLUSIVE" Total Price for your gift basket to be delivered overseas, without having the recipient's--the person receiving the gift basket overseas-- Information listed above).  Each country has it's own way of doing things, and we have to work within that system through our wire service groups overseas, in order, to figure the Money Exchange Rate, Delivery Fees, Taxes, etc., for each individual place, country, etc., overseas, WHEN SHIPPING straight from our facilities here in the United States is not feasible, in order to complete your order within your Overall All Inclusive Budget, via our wire service.

The Third thing we need for you to do...

Once we have communicated with you through email concerning your order, questions, what your "ALL INCLUSIVE" Total Cost will be, etc.  And, once we have sent you an email letting you know the "ALL INCLUSIVE" Total Cost Quote, and we have accepted your order, and you have given us "permission to proceed" with the order; We will need the following information from you (purchaser) concerning your billing information: (You can send this information via email, or we can call you to get billing information from you, if you do not want to put it in the body of your email to us).

If your credit card billing information is different from your purchaser's information, then you will need to give us your billing street address, City, State, Zip Code, and Country.  Otherwise, we will use the information provided by you under Purchaser's Info, above.

Once we have the above information, and we have a confirmed order, we will process your order.  When we get approval through our credit card purchasing department that your credit card is valid and the charges are approved with your bank for the credit card you are using to complete your order,  we will send you a "Receipt of Purchase" through email for you to print and keep for your records.  Then we will send you a "Delivery Confirmation" Email as we receive this information from our Wire Service Gifting Group(s), and/or through our shipping carriers (whichever one applies).

Also, one thing to understand, when we are helping you get Gift Baskets and Gifts delivered to your international or overseas destinations, the items in the gift baskets shown in our catalogs will vary.  Because your gift baskets will be completed and delivered by a business in that particular country, if we do not or cannot complete your orders via shipping from our facilities here in the U.S.A.  Each business in our wire service gifting group(s) are trained, qualified, and are juried members, and would not be accepted into our Wire Service Gifting Group(s), until after they have pasted a juried level of qualifications and techniques, etc., within their businesses, in each country.  You will get your monies worth and as close to what we show in our online catalog photos as possible for that particular country, price (remember conversion rates are figured in, too), before we give your "ALL INCLUSIVE TOTAL CHARGES".

If you have any questions, Please EMAIL US first.  And, if we do not respond to you immediately, or within 4 hours of you sending us an email inquiry, please call our Toll Free number.  Please leave us a message when you call if we cannot get to the phone.  In that message, please tell us your name, phone number, and the reason for your call, i.e.  "This is Jane Doe, and I just sent you an email inquiring about sending gift baskets overseas.  Please email me at JaneDoe@so and so.com, or please call me at 333-333-3434", AND we will look for your email and reply to it.  Or we will call you back. :o)
