Note: If you contact us during busy holiday season's, such as, New Years, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, or during U. S. Government observed holidays, and during certain times during the summer months of the year, we may not be able to follow-up with-in 24 to 36 hours after you contact us with your special request, especially for a large custom order, due us trying to complete all the other orders that come into us ahead of time during busy gifting seasons throughout the year. The earlier you contact us before your delivery dates and event scheduled dates, the better. Especially, during very busy holiday gift giving seasons/times of the year. Every item featured in our online catalogs, goes out next day, unless otherwise noted, or if we make special arrangements with you, while you are placing your orders with us, through email, fax, online, and/or over the telephone.
TIP: Be prepared to work back and fourth with us through email until we get to the final step of calling you for billing information. Once we have gotten to the last step, and we have called you for billing information, we will send you (via email and/or fax, whichever you communicate to us in writing, via email you had prefer to receive this information for your records) a "Receipt of Purchase" that will have an ORDER NUMBER with it. We normally send your "Receipt of Purchase" via email for you to print and keep for your records 48 to 72 hours after your charge card has been approved. Once your orders have shipped (left our facilities on the shipping carrier's/courier's trucks) we will send you a "Shipping Confirmation" email notification listing your shipping tracking numbers, and/or stating that shipping was done on so and so date, and/or delivery was made on so and so date, and signed for by so and so, upon delivery, for you to print and keep for your records.

Unless you decide to do business with our company, you are getting all the leg work, price quotes, email customer service communication, etc., completely free, with no strings attached/no commitment of any kind on your part. Please give us enough time to complete your order before your specified delivery/shipping date, so that we may produce a high quality professional presentation for you and your recipient(s), and still have enough time to package and ship your completed order to its intended destination, in time for your event, gifting occasion, etc. Company Logo items take an extra amount of time to complete, due to minimums, and getting your company logo artwork, etc., to the printers. We, also, have access to over 750,000 promotional gift items to help you with your one-stop-Corporate Gifting and Advertising needs.
We, also, offer personal shopping, in order to help you customize your order(s). Once we have your information, and we have communicated with you, we will crunch some numbers, and we will give you a total quote, including shipping/delivery/sales taxes (where applicable), any discounts available, etc. And, we offer GIFT CONSULTING/SPECIAL GIFTING LIAISON SERVICES AVAILABLE! We do our best to help you, and we offer all different options to help you save time, effort, labor, money, etc., on completing your special orders.
Since we help companies and people worldwide, unfortunately, we have people trying to scam us all the time, with bogus credit cards, and the like. To protect our viability, we will check your credit worthiness, and commitment to purchase, by requiring a working and valid credit card be given, in the event you cannot pay for your order, whether running a scam or not, before we will begin and process your custom order(s).
We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover. We require full payment on a working and valid credit card at the time of purchase, unless you need special billing, due to the volume of your order(s), etc. For purchases of $1500 or less, we expect full payment upon receipt with a working and valid credit card.
If you are wanting your orders to go out next day, no matter the total cost or quantity, we charge the full amount of purchase to your credit card when we are ready to ship your orders within 24 to 72 hours of accepting your orders. **Net billing is only offered to customers who have volume orders of $1500, or more, and/or 10 items minimum or more, and these particular volume orders do not have a 24 to 72 hour delivery shipping schedule to leave our facilities. If you need net billing, you will need to setup an account with us, along with a delivery/shipping schedule, because we accept 50% down payment, and the remaining balance when your high volume orders are shipped/delivered (when they leave our facilities).
We ONLY accept corporate checks, and net payments from customers, who put down a 50% deposit, on orders with a $1500 minimum, with the option to pay the balance in full at the time we ship and/or deliver their custom orders. This, also, pertains to high volume orders in quantities of 10 or more, under or over $1500, whether custom or non-custom, and you are not shopping from our online catalogs, and/or you are NOT checking out through our secure online shopping cart. Otherwise, full payment is expected and paid for with a working credit card that we accept at the point of purchase.
We're sorry if this sounds harsh, but we have to protect ourselves, remain viable, and professional, while trying to help everyone doing business with us, whether for personal gifting reasons or professional gifting reasons.
NOTE: On custom orders our prices and our shipping/delivery fees can vary, compared to what is listed for our online checkout charges through our secure shopping cart. The reason being is we always work within your total allowed budget that you give to us, or we will not accept your custom order at that time.

Certain Items are discounted if four or more are purchased, but the total dollar amount purchased is less than $1500, i.e. custom candy wrappers. One custom candy bar is $3.50 each, but if you buy 50 or more custom candy bars, your price per candy bar drops, which means that your overall 'applied discount' whether a corporate or personal purchase, will come into play. Don't let these examples keep you from contacting us.
