EXTRA TIPS/FEES: All tips and/or extra fees from the hotel for getting parcels to intended recipient(s)/guest(s), are the recipient's/guest's responsibility, once the parcels are received and signed for by the concierge or hotel/motel/resort representative.

• Please remember to find out your recipient's discharge hospital dates.  We don't want your recipient to go home before your gift baskets and gifts arrive at the hospital where they are receiving care.  But, if they do go home before you place your order, then we can ship their gift baskets and gifts to their home, IF the products ordered have not already left our facilities and they are in transit, at the time you find out your hospital recipient will be or has been discharged before the parcels/orders arrive, whether they reside in the United States, Canada, or another country outside the United States.  You can always call us and/or email us if you feel the need either before or after you place your orders with us. 
• If by chance your orders do not reach the recipient at the hospital address provided by you (the purchaser), before they are discharged, then we cannot guarantee the order.  Your hospital patient recipient will have to communicate with the hospital, immediately, to go and pick-up their gift basket(s), gifts, parcels, once they are delivered to the hospital address, and the recipient has been discharged from the hospital, and has left the hospital.  If this happens, please notify your recipient, immediately, so they can arrange pickup of their parcels with the hospital.  Otherwise, the hospital will destroy all unclaimed deliveries with-in a 2 hour to 24 hour period of delivery, when no one (discharged recipients) do not claim their hospital delivered gifts, gift baskets, parcels within this timely time frame, once delivered to them at the hospital address provided for each patient recipient, by purchaser.

COLLEGE CARE PACKAGES: Have a child(ren) in college?  We can ship your child(ren) gift baskets and gifts every month, or as often as you would like.  Please consider setting up a 'College Care Package account' with us, to insure your child(ren) are never forgotten, even when you maybe out-of-town or too busy to stop and order every month or more, OR on their Birthdays, etc.  You may want to, also, fill out our "Special Request Customization Services" program online form at the same time you are sending us an email inquiry (CustomerSupport@basketsyourway.net) about setting up your College Care Package account with us, before leaving our website.  Please email us to alert us that you have filled "Special Request Customization Services online form, to ensure our immediate attention to your online custom order placed through the online forms available to you.  Or please call us or email us with your order, or to set-up a college care package account, etc.  

*NOTE: If you are outside of the United States, but you need to send gift baskets and gifts inside the United States, we can help you with your professional gift baskets and with your personal gift baskets and gifts, all year long, for any and all occasions.  You may checkout online, or you may call us and/or email us if you feel the need, either before or after placing your orders with us.

**NOTE: Saturday delivery is not always available through our shippers to some parts of the United States.  Sunday delivery, when shipping, is never available.  Extra Administrative fees may apply, when we have to make long distance phone calls out of the country to purchasers, and when we have to contact Concierge/Hotel Management, and other staff at different Hotels, Motels, Convention Centers, Colleges, Hospitals, etc.

It is our responsibility to get the parcels to the intended address, and to notify concierge, etc., that the parcels are on their way.  It is up to you (the purchaser) and/or the recipient (which ever applies at the time), to communicate with Hotel, Motel, Hospital, etc., staff before and after the parcels have arrived at their intended address destinations.  We will send you shipping tracking numbers through email to confirm that your orders have been processed and are in transit to you or your recipient(s).

***NOTE: UPS is our main carrier.  UPS does not deliver on weekends.  When we say 5 day, 3 day, 2 day shipping, we are speaking of weekdays, Monday through Friday.  Example: We ship three day for you on Thursday after 12 p.m. Eastern Time, your packages will not arrive until the following Tuesday.  If you choose to pay extra for Saturday delivery, you can get your parcels delivered on the weekend day of Saturday of the same week, IF UPS delivers to that particular location on Saturdays.

We will do everything in our power to help you, and to get your parcels to your intended recipient on time, according to the dates you have requested.
