INTERNATIONAL ORDERS SHIPPING and/or DELIVERY PROCESS
Information needed to complete your international orders

We offer nationwide shipping and/or personal hand delivery, and we offer Worldwide/International Shipping and/or Worldwide/International personal hand delivery. The reason you cannot check out online through our shopping cart for international shipping, is we have to contact the shipping companies, to find out the different rates for shipping to different countries from the United States. Each country has it's own tariff charges, etc.
When Placing an order, and/or placing an inquiry, for international shipping, we need the following from you (the purchaser), through email (CustomerSupport@basketsyourway.net):

We will find out the total shipping charges, then we will contact you through email and/or over the telephone to get your confirmation to proceed with the order. We will, also, get your billing information, when we have your confirmation to proceed with the order.

Gift Basket Wire Service:
Many times shipping to other countries is very expensive, and we cannot stay within your total allowable budget, due to this expense. When this happens, we offer our Gift Basket Wire Services to you. When you use our Gift Basket wire service, your gift baskets are hand-delivered to your recipient in their area. Our wire service is worldwide. The wire service saves a lot of time and money, because you do not have to pay the high shipping cost, tariffs, etc.
If you choose to use our Gift Basket Wire Services, we need the same information listed above before we can proceed and complete your order. We will communicate to you if we have a professional gift basket designer in the overseas location your gift basket is being delivered. Once we get this confirmation through our wire service, we will email and/or call you to get your confirmation to proceed, along with your billing information. Through the wire service you pay for the gift basket, any local taxes for that delivery area, local delivery, and a wire service fee. This is much less expensive, and very efficient through our Baskets Your Way and More/Make My Day Delicious! Gifts, Flowers, and More services.
Once we have your confirmation to proceed either by international shipping or wire service personal hand delivery, along with your billing information, we will proceed with the order, and we will send you a receipt through email, and a confirmation of delivery and/or we will send you your shipping tracking numbers, whichever applies to your particular international order through our company.
We do not guarantee delivery. We only guarantee that we will do everything we can to get your packages to your recipients overseas through our wire service. If your orders do not reach your recipients, once we place them with the wire service, we cannot guarantee a refund. We will try to get a refund through the wire service, and if we are able to obtain a refund for stolen, misdirected, lost, non-receiveables, and/or damaged gift basket wire service international orders, we will be more than happy to refund all or a portion of your money. But, if we CANNOT recover any of the money from the wire service, then we will not be able to give you a full refund, a partial refund, and/or a substitution or reattempt on your wire service overseas gift basket purchases!!!
