| We get emails and phone calls from customers asking us how to check-out online through our secure servers. All shopping carts are different. Here is how ours works...
When looking at your computer screen, while you are on our website, you will see a selection of folders on your left. They will say: Home; All Gift Baskets, Flowers, Etc. Click on one of the folders you are interested in. Or click on all of them one at a time.
Choose a catalog selection, i.e. you will see a photo of the item, and then a clickable title underneath each photo. Click on the item or link under the item you wish to view. If you want to purchase that item, you will see a box to the right of the item. The box says, "Message On Gift Card" at the top of the box. Type your message that you want us to write on your gift card, in the empty box, but DO NOT HIT Enter, when you are finished with your gift card message.
Scroll down, and click on "Add Item to Shopping Cart". Then from there you will follow the directions, and go through the paces/steps asked of you, until you are finished checking out online. You will need to put something in every form field that has an Asterick (*) or that says 'required', before you can move to another part of the checkout process in our shopping cart.
PURCHASER'S: PLEASE GIVE A CORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS WHEN CHECKING OUT ONLINE!!! A "Receipt of Purchase" is automatically sent to the email address given by each purchaser when your orders are completed online. You can print and keep this "Receipt of Purchase" for your records if you would like. We, also, send shipping tracking numbers via email, when each order is shipped. And, we use email as our first line of communication, in order to have communication between customers (purchasers and sometimes recipient's), in writing, to help keep everyone on the same page, in order to communicate with you as best as possible.
Once you are finished checking out online, you will receive an invoice through email, with an invoice number. Once we receive your order online, we will contact you, through email, to let you know we have received your order, and we will begin working on it. We will send you shipping tracking numbers once the order has shipped, to confirm shipping and delivery.
If checking out online is not feasible for any reason, you can always contact us by email and/or telephone. We prefer email over the telephone, because we can communicate with you more quickly, and we can avoid playing phone tag with one another, while trying to help you complete your order. Once we have your email, and/or phone message, we will contact you immediately, or within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your email and/or phone message requesting customer support, in order to help you complete your order with us.
