*We prefer email over the telephone whenever possible.   Please use email as your first choice of communication with us (if at all possible), and/or fill-out our "Special Request Online Form", and we will call you after reviewing your "Special Request Form" once it is filled in completely.  We can service you faster if you will communicate with us through email, as your first order of contact.  Then once we have qualified your needs, and communicated with you through email, if we see that we will be able to help you with your custom and/or special request order(s), we will contact you by telephone for your billing information, and we will complete the order(s).

However, we understand that online ordering is not always the easiest, or the best for our customers from time to time.  When you need to speak to someone live, you can speak to us by telephone.  We are here to help you with your gift baskets and gifting needs.  Our Local Phone number: 256-489-4338 or Nationwide (Toll Free): 1- 888-489-4338, but again, if at all possible, please try communicating with us through email, as your first line/order of contact with us, because we can help you faster, and it eliminates phone tag, due to either you being super busy, or due to us being super busy, and our hands are busy creating gift baskets for our online customers, or customers who have already contacted us through email, and then we have secured their order via telephone, after we have qualified their needs through email, first.

Please note: If we are unable to answer your phone call, due to helping other customers, either in the office, or outside of the office, we will return your phone call immediately or between 12 p.m. to 4 p.m., and during the summer months until 6 p.m. Central Standard time, the same day you left your message with us, or within a 24 hour to 36 hour period of receiving your message/voice mail.  Please ALWAYS leave a message, along with your name, phone number, and EMAIL address.  However, we want to encourage you to use email as your first line/order of contact and communication with us, before trying to call us. 

Or, please email us, and we will email and/or call you back.  Whichever way you prefer, please state, that you prefer a call back, in your email to us, and we'll call you.  We will be able to help you much faster through email, if you will contact us by email first, before trying to call us.  Phone tag is no fun for anyone, and email is a great way to get things moving, questions answered quickly, and other pertinent information concerning your gift basket/gifting order into our system.

Then if you, or we, commit to proceeding with your order, after communicating with you through email, all we have to do is:

  • Set-up a convenient time, through email, to call you for your billing information.
  • Then we will call you at that time we have agreed upon through email.
  • Proceed with the order.
  • Send you a receipt through email for you to print and keep for your records. 
  • Then once the order has shipped, we will send you shipping tracking numbers, through email, to confirm that your order has been successfully charged, completed, and shipped to you and/or to your recipient(s).
